FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

In a Level 1 chimney inspection is a visual check to make sure your chimney is free from any obstructions and to check for signs of wear and tear.

A Level 2 chimney inspection involves the use of a video camera to examine your chimney and pinpoint problem areas.

A Level 3 chimney inspection is usually only needed in instances where a Level 1 or Level 2 inspection isn’t enough to see the problem. A Level 3 chimney inspection will usually involve removing part of the chimney material to examine problem areas.
