Salters was so easy to work with when I wanted to convert my fireplace to a gas insert. It took a while to get through all the inspections but I felt confident that everything was being installed to code. I LOVE my gas fireplace and highly recommend it to anyone considering one. The installation team came and had to install on the hottest day of the summer and had to run the gas line about 20ft. They were extremely efficient and professional. Working with Salter's has been an extremely positive experience. Ordered a Napoleon grill and griddle through them. I spent time communicating with both Jim and Lisa during the course of a few months while we were planning a project. At every step of the way they were very knowledgeable, responsive and efficient. They have excellent knowledge of both their and the industry products that really helped us make good decisions for our project. Once we moved forward with purchase we ran into some availability and timing issues. Both Lisa and Jim took extra steps on their end to find solutions, which worked out perfectly. We had a new fireplace installed about 10 days ago. First, Jim at Salters was the best to work with. We chose our design and material and that was smooth. The framing for the new fireplace was 2 days - just what we were told. The next 2 days, the masonry team
Arrived. Greg and Andrew did a great job. We may a little adjustment to the plan and it was no problem. The end result is a beautiful new fireplace which is the focal point of our living room/dining room area. Mark performed a thorough cleaning and replaced essential parts, getting it back to like-new condition and operation. He took the time to explain a variety of concepts to me, including what to do for cleaning/maintenance and what not to do for safety reasons. Great experience purchasing the Napoleon Prestige 500 Series propane grill.  Craig was very helpful and it was delivered several days before we anticipated.  Have been experimenting with the rotisserie and having a lot of fun.  The infrared side burner provides and much better sear then I was able to achieve with a cast iron pan on my old grill's side burner, and providesmore flavor as well. My sales representative Jim took the time to listen to what I wanted to achieve and offered me options for a gas insert.  During the initial measurement of my fireplace opening, the technician further made recommendations to try to get a larger unit to fit in my small-ish opening. My solution involved a custom surround and I moved forward on faith.  Installation was clean and professional. The overall results exceeded my expectations. Jason, the fireplace/chimney inspector, inspected my fireplace and measured my space to determine the best wood stove insert for me. Jason worked with Salter's to install the stove. All too often businesses overpromise and underdeliver, but not Salter's. I'm in the process of a home renovation and initially went there to purchase a gas fireplace insert for my living room. Craig, Jim, and Lisa were so helpful  AND patient (I had lots of questions), that my first visit turned into 4 more visits and in addition to ordering my insert (not installed yet), I now own a Big Green Egg (BGE), BGE table, AND a beautiful Jensen patio set. Replaced an old fireplace insert with a new Lopi from Salter's. While I had to wait a while b/c of supply chain issues and customization, they were able to install the stove a few weeks ago. I don’t think I have ever been so happy with a purchase and installation in my life. I’m not kidding. The staff and owner were so helpful. It was a special order that was placed and received so quickly and installed way before Christmas. The installation went perfectly smoothly. They did a fantastic job in a very short period of time and it was a difficult and unusual installation that most other companies wouldn’t touch. I love my fireplace. It’s perfect! My husband says I love it too much because I spend too much time relaxing in that room.  I am so grateful to have something that enriches my life especially during this COVID-19 stay at home period.
