Tyler is one of Salter’s service technicians, handling whatever the day throws at him — and whatever Frank tells him to do. He’s flexible, reliable, and not afraid to jump into any task that needs doing. If there’s work to be done, Tyler’s in.
He says getting into the fireplace industry was a childhood dream, and while he keeps things simple, he takes his role seriously. He shows up, does the job, and makes sure things are taken care of. That’s just his style.
Outside of work, Tyler likes to fish. When asked what he likes about PA, he said “all the fireplaces.” He keeps things light, doesn’t overthink it, and brings good vibes to the team. We like Tyler.
