Jordan helps customers and the sales team each day at the Eagleville showroom, guiding people through their options and making sure they feel confident in what they’re choosing. He’s easy to talk to and genuinely enjoys talking about fireplaces.
He got his start in the industry a little by accident. After working briefly with his brother in a partner business, Jordan quickly realized manual labor wasn’t his path. A desk job suited him better, and with a nudge from his boss, he found his way to Salter’s—and he hasn’t looked back. Talking about fireplaces, exploring new designs, and matching products to each customer’s expectations has become something he genuinely looks forward to. As he puts it, every customer is a little different, and guiding them to the right fireplace almost becomes a game at times.
Outside of work, Jordan loves golfing. The challenge is fresh with every stroke, and no round ever plays the same. Born and raised in this area, he’s always felt at home here—and when he left for a time, he realized how much he missed it. As he likes to say, home is where the hearth is (pun intended.)
