Jenna keeps the Salter’s team moving in rhythm — overseeing daily operations, connecting departments, and making sure every project and customer experience reflects the high standards that define who we are. Her role bridges management and employees, ensuring that ideas become action and that every goal serves something greater than the bottom line.
Her story in the fireplace world began at sixteen, when a part-time job at The Woodburners in Hatfield turned into a lifelong calling. What started as a way to buy her first car became a career built on helping people bring warmth and beauty into their homes.
An artist at heart, Jenna still brings her creative side to the table — sketching fireplace designs that help customers see their finished space before a single brick is laid. She’s most inspired by watching her team grow and succeed together, living out her mantra: “Teamwork makes the dream work.”
A proud Philly sports fan, Jenna loves being part of a community that shares the same mix of grit, passion, and hometown pride that fuels everything we do at Salter’s Fireplace.
