Chip is one of those people who shows up ready to work and ready to help. As a Service Technician, he handles maintenance, service calls, and even installations — and when someone else needs a hand, he’s there. He takes his role seriously and approaches every job with the same mindset: serve well and do right by people.
He joined Salter’s after being encouraged to apply by the company’s former Vice President of Operations. Since then, he’s become known for his steady presence, strong work ethic, and willingness to step in wherever he’s needed. What keeps him motivated are the challenges of the job and the people he gets to work with and for.
Outside of work, Chip has recently gotten into golf and spends as much time as he can with his wife and kids. He loves Pennsylvania for its seasons, landscape, and sense of home, and he brings that same appreciation into the work he does every day.
