Bishop spends most of his days reading manuals, sorting through parts lists, filing external warranties, and making sure customers have what they need to keep their homes warm in the winter and their burgers cooking in the summer. If something breaks or a system needs a specific component, he’s the one who tracks it down and gets the process moving.
He’s always had an interest in how things work, so the fireplace world came naturally to him. After moving to the area, he applied to Salter’s Fireplace, and he’s been pouring over manuals ever since. He loves learning new things and figuring out the inner workings of each unit. Helping people get their fireplaces back up and running is what keeps the job rewarding for him.
Bishop is powered by no less than four cups of coffee a day and is always learning something new. After years in the Poconos where everything was spread out, he’s come to appreciate how close everything is here and the genuinely wonderful people who make this area feel like home.
